Asking for a return

Open the private link from your order confirmation and choose "Ask for a return". Tell us what went wrong, and we will reply with the next step.

Condition

Pieces should come back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

Cancelling

You can ask to cancel from the same link until your order has been shipped.

Refunds

A refund goes back the way you paid where possible. For cash on delivery we will agree a mobile banking or bank transfer with you.
